The head of state made a trip to speak to Ukrainian forces in the eastern front on Tuesday. The president confirmed that he engaged with fighters at the command post of the initial brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine Azov, which is conducting a defensive operation in the Dobropillya sector, an urban center approximately 12 miles from Pokrovsk.

Intense Circumstances in the Area

Recent mapping from a local initiative revealed that invading troops had advanced deeper into Pokrovsk and its environs, though much of it was not fully held by both forces. The conditions are severe, with reports indicating that invading units were digging in and building up positions in various sectors.

Russian forces are making progress in the Pokrovsk front and seem to be functioning with enhanced confidence within urban Pokrovsk.

Analysts observed that national troops had liberated a significant portion of a enemy advance in the Dobropillya front, on the eastern flank of the Pokrovsk effort.

Kyiv's Drone Strikes Inside Russian Territory
